My story started at 18. I pulled into a Goodyear to purchase a set of tires and before I left I was offered an application. I expressed to the manager that I had no experience but a drive to learn! That moment kicked off the career that I still love to this day. 26 years in the automotive industry, working my way up through some of the finest shops in the country.

I spent years in San Diego working at award winning shops, gaining experience not just as a technician, but as a service advisor and manager as well. That full-picture view of the industry - wrench in hand one day, customer communication the next - shaped how I approach every job. I know what it takes to run a great shop, and I know what customers actually deserve to hear.

Eventually, I made a decision to trade city life for something better - for my family and myself. Springfield felt right! A different place, a real community, and a place where your name still means something. So I planted roots hear and launched Ozark Automotive Services to bring the same shop level quality directly to the people I live alongside.

I am meticulous about my work. I believe in doing the job right the first time, using factory parts, and never cut corners. When I pull up to your home or workplace, you know exactly who worked on your vehicle - because it was me. No hand-offs, no guesswork, no upselling. Just honest answers and a technician who takes real pride in every repair!
